From the 1930’s, the artistic choices of Madeleine Castaing have played a considerable role in the world of arts, as an antiquarian as well as an interior designer. Until today, the Castaing style has inspired many reprints and remakes. Madeleine got her inspiration the neo-classical esthetics that she would re-interprate in her very own way. Her moto was “Move away from the expected”.

Since 1998, Edmond Petit distributes exclusively the Madeleine Castaing fabric range. You will discover her original designs, so rich in colour : her timeless turquoise, deep blue, her greens … So subtly opposing black. She would mix what does not match and create her own world, a true call to travelling and day dreaming…
